A note about the images in this course

The excellent references listed below were consulted for inspiration and research. In addition, some images from these sources were used for the sole purpose of education. Resources did not permit me to obtain written permission from the publishers, however, no more than three images were used from any source, and every attempt has been made to credit the authors and publishers of the work.
